Instructions
Carefully follow the instructions found on the Judging Criteria and Entry Form. Your entry may be created using whatever program(s) you prefer; simply ensure that you can save your entry as a .pdf file extension (less than 8MB in size). Once your company has created the entry, determined it accurately tells your story of ethics in action, and fulfills the four tabs in the Judging Criteria and Entry Form, you are ready to submit it by uploading it (in .pdf format only) to this secure site. Once submitted there are no changes or updated versions allowed for that years’ entry.
